One Chaptr Foundation is a 501c3 organization built on the philosophy that together, we can improve the lives of many in our community.
Our goal is to educate others on emotional intelligence and to bring awareness of the importance of mental health. We do this by finding opportunities to build the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness within yourself and the people around you.

One Chaptr is an organization founded upon the principle of helping others through increasing efficiency and effectiveness in their daily life. We believe that success is earned rather than given; therefore, One Chaptr is relentlessly devoted to helping others reach their goals by finding opportunities, strengthening communication and adaptability, all while building a community of those with common goals.
Community Impact
Community service has been part of One Chaptr founder Nick Sulak's story since he was six years old. From delivering newspapers to neighbors' doorsteps to raising tens of thousands for student support, Nick believes in showing up and making a difference.
Scholarship
Nick partnered with Phi Delta Theta alumni to create a $10,000 scholarship fund, enabling members to attend leadership conferences each semester. Achieved 100% alumni participation by spring 2022.
Niner Nation Gives
Nick has been an ambassador for this annual 49-hour giving campaign for UNC Charlotte, supporting emergency housing, the campus pantry, and student relief:
2019: Raised $4,500 in one night for education scholarships
2021: $6,000+ with 250 gifts supporting multiple funds
2022: Created custom Swag Boxes—sold out all 50 to raise $1,500
Giving Tuesday
Nick has led several initiatives to support the UNC Charlotte campus community:
2020: Raised $6,000 during the pandemic to stock the campus pantry with essential items
2021: Organized the first One Movement Holiday Celebration with a silent auction, live music, and the Davidson vs. Charlotte basketball game—raising over $27,000
2022: Partnered with the alumni association for a watch party that raised $2,000+ with 50 gifts unlocking a $1,000 challenge match
Check-In Movement
Nick joined forces with founder Robert Brendle to promote mental health awareness through the simple act of checking in on friends and family.
June 2022: Hosted 3K walk/run in Camp North End, raising $3,000+ for Right Moves For Youth
2021: Raised $10,000 for Thompson Child & Family Focus
NC Strong
When Hurricane Helene hit, Nick designed and produced NC Strong shirts through One Chaptr to support relief efforts. Our civilian group was on the ground from day one. Through shirt sales and donations, we raised over $23,000 and coordinated deliveries of essential goods directly to western North Carolina.
Sanibel Strong
When Hurricane Ian devastated Sanibel Island in September 2022, Nick created Sanibel Strong shirts through One Chaptr to support recovery. We raised over $9,300, with all proceeds going directly to six local charitable organizations helping rebuild the community.
